A family-friendly taco pie with seasoned ground beef, corn, and melted cheese on a crispy pie crust, topped with crushed tortilla chips. Finish with a squeeze of lime and fresh cilantro for brightness.

1onion
400 gground beef
2 tbspcorn oil
0.5 posetaco seasoning
2tomato
2spring onion
1ready-made pie dough
1 bokscorn
2 dlgrated cheese
1 neveTortilla Chips
1limes
0.5 potfresh cilantrochopped

Instructions

Chop the onion.

Brown the ground beef in a hot pan with a little oil. Add the onion and fry until softened.

Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Dice the tomatoes and finely slice the spring onions.

Roll out the pie dough on a baking sheet. Spread the meat filling in the center and scatter tomatoes, spring onions, and corn over the top.

Fold the edges of the dough inward to form a rustic border.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and crushed tortilla chips.

Bake in the center of the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes, until the crust and cheese are golden.
